Photonics Research Group
Photonics Research Group is a research unit in
Electrical & Computer Engineering department. This group is
leaded by Dr. W. P Huang. It is specialized in photonics modelling and
simulating research, communication and network research. Now,
there are posdoctor researchers, Ph. D students, Master
degree students and undergrduate students work and study in this
group.
Scope
and Focus of Our Research
Photonic devices and
systems with emphasis on semiconductor laser diodes, packaging and
integration of photonic devices and sub-systems, and fiber-optic
communication systems
